1. Agreement and scope

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. If you submit or accept a quote, book a shipment or use a logistics service, the Shipping & Service Terms, the confirmed quote, booking confirmation, invoice and any applicable carrier conditions also apply. If those documents conflict, the order of priority stated in the Shipping & Service Terms applies.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use the website for an organisation or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide their information, submit instructions and bind the organisation where applicable. Accounts are optional and intended only for authorised customers and staff.

3. Website information

We take reasonable care with website information, but routes, schedules, transit times, capacity, charges, exchange rates, customs requirements and partner availability change. Website content is general information and is not a binding offer, guaranteed delivery commitment, or customs, legal, tax, financial or insurance advice. Vehicle listings, inspection references and seller or auction information are supplied for convenience and must be independently checked before a purchase. Obtain professional advice where your shipment or purchase requires it.

4. Quotes, tracking and communications

An online quote request is an invitation for Oluliz to assess the proposed service; it does not reserve capacity or create a contract. A quote is only binding when Oluliz confirms the booking or otherwise accepts it in writing. Tracking milestones reflect the latest verified information available to us and may follow information supplied by a carrier or partner. They are not continuous GPS tracking, proof of final delivery, or a guaranteed delivery time. Electronic messages and account notices are service communications, but you remain responsible for keeping contact details current and monitoring urgent shipment requirements.

5. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for keeping sign-in links, passwords, devices and account access secure; for activity performed through your account; and for telling us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Do not share a staff account. Customer access may be linked only to the customer records authorised by Oluliz. We may suspend or terminate access to protect a person, cargo, the website or our systems, or where use is unlawful or breaches these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or legitimate business purposes. You must not:

• submit false, misleading, infringing, fraudulent or unlawful information;
• impersonate another person or act without authority;
• attempt to access another customer's information, restricted staff functions, source code, credentials or security controls;
• probe, scan, overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the website except where law expressly permits;
• introduce malware, automated abuse, unsolicited messages or content that violates law or third-party rights; or
• use tracking, quote or account information to facilitate prohibited cargo, sanctions evasion, fraud or another unlawful activity.

7. Intellectual property

The website, branding, logo, copy, graphics, photography, software and design are owned by or licensed to Oluliz and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the website for its intended purpose. You may download your own transaction records, but may not reproduce, commercialise, alter or create derivative works from other site content without written permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The website may link or redirect to carriers, payment providers, communications services or other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. A link does not mean Oluliz controls or endorses all third-party content. We are not responsible for a third-party website outside the extent required by law or our applicable logistics agreement.

9. Availability and security

We may maintain, change, suspend or withdraw any website function. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, but this does not limit duties that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you discover a security issue, do not exploit it; report it privately using the contact details below.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, Oluliz is not responsible for losses caused solely by your unauthorised or unlawful use, inaccurate information you submit, third-party content, or events outside our reasonable control. For business users, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable under these website-only terms for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or lost data. Liability connected with a shipment is governed by the Shipping & Service Terms and confirmed service documents.

11. Changes, suspension and severability

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not retrospectively alter an already confirmed shipment except where law requires or the parties agree. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

12. Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Nigeria may hear disputes, without removing any mandatory consumer right to use another court, regulator or dispute process available under applicable law.
